Losing my enthusiasm

The weaker President Bush gets, the weaker the Democrats get by comparison. When in the minority, they never used the power of the filibuster. Now, in the majority, they have squandered several opportunities to pass effective laws, bitch slap the President or even thwart his anti-Constitutional actions. They use the excuse, "we don't have a veto-proof Congress." "We don't have enough votes to override a filibuster." Wah, wah, wah. What a bunch of babies. Harry Reid is a loser. Nancy Pelosi is a failure. Neither has stood tough against the Republicans or the President. I hope Pelosi faces a tough primary challenge. I would vote her out of leadership. I think the American people would be better served by John Murtha and Russ Feingold.
