I was not alive when JFK was running for President. He was assassinated before I was born. I did not know Jack Kennedy. Throughout the years, many politicians have compared themselves to Jack Kennedy and many politicians have been compared to Jack Kennedy. I've never known that kind of pride in a political figure. I've never felt that kind of excitement before in a political figure.
Barack Obama is my Jack Kennedy.

Amen!!
I agree. I remember JFK. He was an inspiration. Americans north of the Mason-Dixon line (and some southerners, as well) were very optimistic during his presidency. George W. Bush is no JFK. Neither are any of the Republican candidates. Barack Obama and John Edwards both inspire the way JFK did.
