Republicans need to quit whining and show some accountability
Because it's been proven dangerous to put Sarah Palin in public where she actually says something, Republicans are preemptively crying foul because Gwen Ifill is moderating tonight's Vice Presidential debate. They're already calling it partisan so when they lose, they'll have an excuse. The McCain campaign approved the format and moderator on August 6, 2008, and Ms. Ifill's book was already released. Of course, he is uninformed so he probably didn't even know she wrote a book or what it was about, and because he is incurious, he wouldn't have bothered to find out. That's how McCain works. Now, of course, pandering to the right wing, he says "Frankly, I wish they had picked a moderator that isn't writing a book favorable to Barack Obama." I say tough crap, and you reap what you sow.
