Bush Screwed up the Court

Well, the Supreme Court overturned the Ricci decision. You know the decision that Judge Sotomayor upheld as an appeals court judge. The decision for which the right-wing fringe accuses her of being a racist. This decision, of course, was made along party lines with the Republican appointees voting to overturn the decision and the Democratic appointees voting to uphold. Judge Roberts is a real piece of work aside from being extremely unqualified to sit on the bench. This case was up for purely political reasons. The timing seems to be more than just coincidental. This is just a symptom of the fact that W appointed to unqualified judges to sit on the bench who are going to rewrite the constitution to suit the needs of the right-wing. This is another kick in the nads to civil rights from the Bush adminstration.

I would hope the minorities that did not pass this test will now sue because this test was never validated.
